Kelsey led programming for TIME's first event in Africa, with an elite lineup of global speakers and honorees, dynamic moderators, celebrity hosts, and captivating performances.
Kelsey worked with the TIME programming team on three TIME100 Leadership Forums: Women, Climate, and Health. She wrote scripts, questions, and moderator briefs, managed speakers, and produced several sessions for each event.

The Atlantic Festival
2024, 2023
Kelsey managed more than 50 high-level speakers across two days and multiple stages. She oversaw editorial and logistical details, including moderator prep, talent security and travel, and day-of stage management.

Sohn Investment Conference
2025, 2024, 2023
2024 saw a return to in-person for the New York Sohn Investment Conference, with 800 attendees at the one-day event. With a record-breaking 85% check-in rate, Kelsey managed registration, marketing (increasing website traffic by 78% year-over-year), and speakers, while raising $1 million for childhood cancer research.
The 2023 virtual event increased the number of registrants by 40% from the previous year. Kelsey crafted audience and marketing plans, sponsorship and client management, and speaker relations. Peak simultaneous live views increased YOY by 115%, and 80% of all registered guests watched the event live.
The annual DealBook conference features host Andrew Ross Sorkin interviewing the most consequential leaders in business, politics and culture. At over a dozen events, Kelsey managed appearances by hundreds of world leaders, A-list celebs, and CEOs.

Kelsey collaborated with the Semafor team for the marquee World Economy Summit, which brings together government officials, global finance ministers, central bankers and Fortune 500 CEOs. She consulted on the CEO Program, creating offstage offerings such as Intelligence Briefings and Roundtables for select speakers. She also oversaw the implementation of an Airtable base to schedule 1:1 meetings between 150+ CEOs across three days, as well as delivering white-glove concierge service to high-level speakers at the event.

The New York Times Food Festival
2022, 2019
Home to on-stage discussions, live cooking demos, special event dinners, and the best of NYC's restaurants, the Food Festival featured talent such as: Ina Garten, "The Bear" cast, Padma Lakshmi, Christina Tosi, and Massimo Bottura. Overseeing all speakers, restaurants, and authors, Kelsey also managed audience plans and ticketing for 50,000 attendees in2019. The 2022 event generated 4.3 million social impressions and 331 million press impressions.

Virtual Events
During 2020, Kelsey and her team at The New York Times produced more than 150 virtual events for an audience of 1.5 million, with an average engagement time of 30 minutes.
